At Kintec, we believe the best achievements happen when people come together and Friday’s Kintec Toy Half Marathon Walk was the perfect example.
Our team set out to cover 13.1 miles, and we absolutely smashed it. Fuelled by Costco cookies, Lucozade (thank you, Stuart Rouse!), and plenty of laughter, we turned our half marathon into something far more than just a walk. Along the way, there was bonding, singing, and even the soundtrack of VengaBoys stuck in most of our heads thanks to Alex McMillan!
Crossing the finish line was a fantastic moment, but the real highlight was knowing our effort went beyond the course. Together, we donated toys to Alder Hey Children’s Charity, helping to bring joy to children who need it most. Every mile truly became a smile.
We couldn’t have done this without the incredible support of our Kintec family, partners, clients, and friends. Your encouragement and generosity made this event possible and for that, we are sincerely grateful. 💖
